The Federal Bureau of Prisons at FCI Aliceville is seeking a wide range of food and subsistence products for the fourth quarter of FY26: - Government Buyer: - Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Aliceville (Aliceville, Alabama) - Products Requested: - Large quantities of certified halal and kosher meals (e.g., spaghetti and meatballs, lasagna, chicken chow mein, fish fillet, meatloaf, Hawaiian meatballs) - Kosher-certified condiments and cereals (e.g., mayonnaise, mustard, dressing, cereal) - Dry and canned beans (kidney, pinto, lentils, navy, etc.) - Rice (long grain, parboiled), pasta (elbow, lasagna, rotini, spaghetti) - Bulk baking and cooking ingredients (flour, corn starch, sugar, shortening, oils, margarine, butter) - Dairy and protein products (cheese, tofu, peanut butter, soy protein) - Frozen and fresh meats (beef ground and roast, chicken breast and leg quarters, turkey roast, Italian sausage, fish fillets, breaded fish) - Canned and frozen vegetables and fruits (green beans, carrots, corn, beets, mixed vegetables, peas, peppers, spinach, peaches) - Spices and seasonings (basil, paprika, chili powder, cumin, garlic, onion powder, salt, bouillon bases) - Prepared foods (pizza, tortillas, tortilla chips) - Disposable food service items (aprons, gloves, napkins, beard covers) - Quantities range from dozens to thousands of units per item - Notable Requirements: - All meals and condiments must meet specific halal or kosher certifications as specified - Delivery required by end of the fourth quarter FY26 (by September 30, 2026) - Set aside for Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Businesses (EDWOSB) - Firm-Fixed Price contract; awards based on price and past performance - Delivery to FCI Aliceville Food Services Warehouse - No specific OEMs or brand names required; products must meet federal and religious dietary standards

Federal Bureau of Prisons - Federal Correctional Institution Aliceville, has issued a solicitation-15B31826Q00000012, for the requirements of 4th Quarter FY26- Meat & Subsistence. Freight on Board (FOB) Destination delivery will begin on July 1, 2026. Deliveries shall be made to 11070 Hwy 14, Attn: Food Services Warehouse, Aliceville, Alabama 35442. The type of contract is Firm-Fixed Price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offer(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered (prices being rated higher than past performance).
