Description

UBC Okanagan Campus is seeking a Custodial Services provider to provide custodial support in two annual cycles for the Student Housing portion of the campus. One cycle involves routine services during academic semesters when students occupy the housing units continuously. The other cycle covers the Conferences season between Spring and Winter semesters, operating similarly to a hotel. The contract requires managing the significant increase in services needed to support the transition between these two cycles. The service provider will assume a contract with the local union for the SEIU as part of the award.
