Everett Jordan Lake and Dam in Moncure, North Carolina. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District (ENDIST WILMINGTON), KO Contracting Division - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or product manufacturers are named; this is a service-based procurement - Products/Services Requested: - Removal of 21 designated hazard trees near buildings and roadways - Vegetation removal along approximately 2,300 feet of the right downstream groin ditch at B. Everett Jordan Dam - Optional vegetation removal on Saddle Dike Dams 1, 3, and 4, including cutting back leaning trees on private property to the property line - All labor, equipment, and quality control required for safe and environmentally compliant execution - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractors must submit both a price quote and a technical proposal electronically (PDF) - Work must begin within 30 days of award and be completed within 75 days, with work hours Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm ET (excluding federal holidays) - Site visit required at 2080 Jordan Dam Road, Moncure, NC - Set aside for SBA participants - Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror - Contract may include options and could extend up to 5 years and 6 months - Locations: - B. All Vendors must submit both a Price Quote and Technical Proposal.

Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable quote. See provision 52.212-2 for technical acceptability requirements.

QUESTIONS/RFI are due no later than 26 June 2026, 2:00 PM.

QUOTES are due no later than 06 July 2026, 2:00 PM.

No hard copies will be accepted or evaluated. Both the Price Quote and Technical Proposal must be received by the closing date and time set forth within the solicitation.

In an effort to reduce paper and cost, all quotes shall be submitted electronically. All submissions shall be in Adobe PDF format and shall be on 8 1/2 x 11 size pages in no less than 10 pitch or 10 fonts. Offerors may use compression utility software such as WinZip or PKZip to reduce fie size and facilitate electronic transmission.

Any Quote that fails to conform to the essential requirements of the of the solicitation may be determined non-responsive and not considered for award.
