The Harris County Department of Education (HCDE) is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) for paving, asphalt, and concrete services. This solicitation includes two components: a Maintenance Component procured under Texas Education Code 44.031 and a Single Trade Job Order Contracting Component under Texas Government Code 2269. The contract will be used by HCDE and Choice Partners members for maintenance, repair, alteration, renovation, remediation, or minor construction of facilities. Vendors must respond to both components; proposals for only one component will be considered unresponsive. The estimated contract value is $200,000,000.00.
