Description

This solicitation seeks suppliers capable of providing an integrated RTLS (Real-Time Location System) turnkey solution to prevent patient wandering, ensure staff safety, locate equipment, and integrate with existing security systems. The solution must ideally provide bidirectional integration with Honeywell EBI and other approved systems, demonstrate compatibility with Honeywell EBI environment, ensure a minimum availability of 99.95% with redundant architecture and proactive monitoring, be cloud-based on a platform approved by Santé Québec, and comply with governance, cybersecurity, and data protection requirements of Santé Québec and CISSS de la Montérégie-Ouest.
