Demolition Dumpster Rental and Disposal Services for Cherry Valley and Lenape National Wildlife Refuges

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking demolition dumpster rental and disposal services to support demolition projects at Cherry Valley National Wildlife Refuge and Lenape National Wildlife Refuge in Pennsylvania. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), including Cherry Valley NWR, Lenape NWR, and FWS SAT Team 3 office - Products/Services Requested: - Rental of 30-yard dumpsters for two material types: - Clean concrete (dumpsters to be filled only halfway due to weight restrictions) - General demolition/construction debris - Minimum of three dumpsters per material type to be on site - Services include: - Initial delivery of dumpsters - Hauling (removal and swap out of full dumpsters, up to four swaps per day during peak phases) - Disposal of debris (with per ton disposal fees) - Reporting of disposal weights - Permitting if necessary - Quantities and Line Items: - At least 3 dumpsters for clean concrete and 3 dumpsters for general debris - Line items include initial delivery fees, per haul fees, and per ton disposal fees for each material type - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Demolition and dumpster usage will occur during a concentrated four-week phase within a one-year contract period - Dumpster swapping may be required up to four times per day during select phases - The contract is set aside for small businesses, including HUBZone, service-disabled veteran-owned, and women-owned small businesses - Compliance with federal acquisition regulations and electronic invoicing via the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) is required - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation or attachments - Place of Performance: - Cherry Valley National Wildlife Refuge (primary: 2138 Croasdale Road, Stroudsburg, PA 18353 and Schlack House, 207 Golf Course Road, Saylorsburg, PA 18353) - Lenape National Wildlife Refuge Complex (Pennsylvania) - Contracting office: FWS SAT Team 3, 5275 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church, VA 22041
