The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking demolition dumpster rental and disposal services to support demolition projects at the Great Swamp National Wildlife Refuge and Lenape National Wildlife Refuge Complex in New Jersey. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), including FWS SAT Team 3 and the Great Swamp National Wildlife Refuge - Products/Services Requested: - Rental of 30-yard dumpsters for two material types: - General demolition debris (minimum 3 dumpsters on site) - Clean concrete material (minimum 3 dumpsters on site, half full due to weight restrictions) - Services include: - Delivery, hauling, and disposal of demolition debris and clean concrete - Initial delivery fees, per haul (swap out) fees, and per ton disposal fees - Reporting of disposal weights - Permitting as needed - Quantities and Requirements: - At least three dumpsters per material type must be available on site - Dumpster swaps may occur up to four times per day during peak phases - Demolition and removal phase expected to last four weeks within a one-year contract period - Possible no-work periods due to operational or weather conditions - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named; this is a service-based procurement - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Services must accommodate both general demolition debris and clean concrete, with specific handling and reporting for each - Contract is set aside for small businesses, including HUBZone, service-disabled veteran-owned, and women-owned small businesses - Work will be performed at federal wildlife refuge facilities in New Jersey
