School District No. 63 (Saanich) is seeking bids from qualified mechanical contractors for the Brentwood Elementary School HVAC Upgrade – Phase 2 project. The project involves upgrades to the school's heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and building automation systems to improve indoor environmental quality and energy performance. The scope includes HVAC system modifications, installation of new ventilation equipment and ductwork, hydronic piping, packaged heat pump installation, energy recovery ventilator installation, duct-mounted reheat coils, HVAC controls integration and DDC system upgrades, as well as testing, balancing, commissioning, and training services. Associated electrical, roofing, and controls coordination are also required for a complete and operational system. Ready-for-Takeover is required by August 14, 2026, with Total Completion by August 28, 2026.
