This opportunity seeks a contractor to provide a turnkey solution for a 350KW diesel emergency standby generator system at Ellington Field, Houston, Texas, for the Texas Air National Guard (TXANG) 147th units. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Texas Air National Guard, 147th Civil Engineer Squadron and 147th Operations Group - Products/Services Requested: - One (1) 350KW diesel emergency standby generator system (277/480V, 3-phase, 60Hz, Tier 3 diesel engine-driven genset) - Includes sound-attenuated, weather-protected aluminum enclosure (200 MPH wind-rated), Basler 2020 controller, UL2200 certification, critical grade muffler, battery charger and rack, flexible drains, engine coolant heater, mainline circuit breaker, UL142 double-wall sub-base fuel tank with leak detection and fuel level monitoring, remote annunciation, digital control, emergency shutdown, and factory startup support - Turnkey removal of existing generator and infrastructure - Installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and operational acceptance - Structural evaluation and modifications, electrical and fuel system integration, ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) testing, grounding and bonding, load bank testing, temporary power coordination, fuel transfer coordination, as-built documentation, operator training, warranty services - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Turnkey solution covering all aspects from removal to commissioning - Compliance with federal, state, and Air Force standards, including NFPA 110 and EPA emissions - UL2200 and UL142 certifications, 200 MPH wind-rated enclosure, and Tier 3 emissions - 24-hour facility requiring uninterrupted power - Performance period of 60-90 calendar days after receipt of order (excluding generator manufacturing lead time) - Total small business set-aside under NAICS 335312 - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Estimated contract value between $100,000 and $250,000

Description

Generator to include removal/installation IAW SOW.

Scope: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, tools, paint, equipment, appliances, transportation, materials, engineering, supervision, and incidentals necessary to procure, install, test, commission, and place into service a complete 350KW diesel emergency standby generator system.
