The U.S. Air Force's 9th Force Support Squadron at Beale Air Force Base is seeking to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for comprehensive mortuary affairs services for authorized personnel. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, Air Combat Command, 9th Force Support Squadron (9 FSS), Contracting Office at Beale AFB - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or named vendors are identified; services must be provided by licensed mortuary facilities with qualified practitioners - Products and Services Requested: - Mortuary services including embalming, restoration, preparation, dressing, wrapping, casketing, transportation, cremation (for subsequent remains or retained organs), and disposition of remains - Provision of caskets (metal and hardwood), urns (bronze or hardwood), protective carrying cases, and shipping containers (air tray or equivalent) - All products must meet detailed specifications for materials, finish, and capacity - Quantities and Part Numbers: - No specific quantities or part numbers are listed; services and supplies are provided as needed under the BPA - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Services must comply with all federal, state, and local laws - Strict quality assurance, inspection, and documentation standards are enforced - Cremation is limited to subsequent remains or retained organs with detailed handling procedures - BPA ceiling is $350,000 with individual call limits of $25,000 - Funding is not currently available; no award will be made until funds are secured - Performance is limited to Beale AFB and the surrounding Yuba/Sutter counties

This requirement is for the establishment of a Mortuary Affairs - Blanket Purchase Agreement for Beale AFB.

Interested offerors must confirm that they can perform the services in accordance to the Performance Work Statement, Terms and Conditions, and applied clauses and provisions.
