Hoover Building in Washington, DC. - Government Buyer: - Department of Commerce, Shared Services Procurement Office, Office of Facilities and Environmental Quality - Scope of Services: - Multi-discipline A/E services for planning, assessments, and design of renovation projects - Disciplines include architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and environmental engineering - Services cover facility planning, design-bid-build and design-build package development, cost estimating, condition assessments, field investigations, engineering evaluations, sustainable design, permitting, environmental consultation, contractor submittal review, construction consultation, commissioning, O&M support, as-built drawings, and design workshops - Deliverables include design documents, cost estimates, and compliance reports - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Emphasis on compliance with GSA standards, safety, security, and environmental regulations - Key personnel disciplines are specified - No specific OEMs, vendors, products, or part numbers are mentioned - Place of performance is the Herbert C.
