The NYS Office of Mental Health and Mid-Hudson Forensic Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance of Building Management System (BMS) at Mid-Hudson Forensic Psychiatric Center located at 2834 Route 17-M, New Hampton, NY 10958. The scope includes performing preventive maintenance tasks as detailed in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for June 29, 2026, and bids are due by July 21, 2026.
