This RFP will result in two contracts; one to purchase official GED testing vouchers and one to purchase HiSET testing vouchers, for the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity, Workforce Development (LEO-WD). Solicitation responses must include a Confidential Treatment Form, Vendor Question Work Sheet, Schedule A - Statement of Work, Schedule B - Pricing, and Schedule F - Federal Provisions Addendum and Byrd Anti Lobbying Certification.
