The State of California Department of General Services is soliciting bids for a Job Order Contract (JOC) for repair, alteration, construction, maintenance, rehabilitation, demolition, and construction of infrastructure and buildings in the Coastal Region of California Areas 1 and 2. The contract will have a fixed period of 24 months with up to four one-year extensions and a maximum contract amount of $10,532,000. Individual Job Orders will have a maximum value of $1,053,000.
