Description
The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Department of Aviation, is initiating a Multi-Step Competitive Sealed Bidding process to select qualified contractors to provide contract personnel supporting the Credentialing Office. The contractor will support daily credentialing operations including fingerprinting, identity verification, biographic data collection, credential processing, data entry, applicant check-in, queue management, customer service, badge application support, and related administrative functions. These services ensure compliance with TSA requirements, 49 CFR Part 1542, the Airport Security Program, and applicable City and Department of Aviation procedures. Vendors must provide trained personnel capable of working in a high-volume, security-sensitive, customer-facing airport credentialing environment and ensure uninterrupted coverage with supervisory oversight.
