Description

This Invitation to Bid (IFB) is issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections to procure materials supporting its Bureau of Correctional Industries' manufacturing and laundry plants statewide. The solicitation supplements previous bids and covers nine product categories including industrial sewing machines, sewing machine parts, apparel production tools and materials, industrial laundry equipment parts, mattress production materials, printing press equipment parts, license plate equipment parts, and metal fabrication equipment parts. Contracts will be awarded by manufacturer brand for each lot, with bids submitted electronically. The contract term is two years with three one-year renewal options.
