The City of Rancho Palos Verdes Public Works Department is seeking qualified firms to provide on-call emergency and non-emergency sewer maintenance and inspection services for approximately 3,150 linear feet of sewer main segments, primarily located in canyon and difficult-to-access areas. - Government Buyer: - City of Rancho Palos Verdes Public Works Department - Scope of Work: - Routine hydro-jetting and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) inspection of sewer mains (approx. 3,150 linear feet) - Root intrusion maintenance and debris removal (as-needed) - Rapid emergency response for blockages, overflows, and line failures (within 2 hours) - Operation of specialized equipment in remote, uneven, or sloping terrain - Provision of digital CCTV recordings, inspection logs, and detailed documentation - Scheduled, as-needed, and emergency services, including traffic control and bypass pumping - Products/Services Requested: - Hydro-jetting and CCTV inspection (scheduled and on-call) - Root removal (excluding sewer chains) - On-call hydro-jetting truck, CCTV inspection truck, maintenance technician, supervisor/foreman, laborer, confined space entry team, and bypass pumping equipment (all billed per hour or per day) - Notable Requirements: - Contractor must demonstrate experience with specialized maintenance equipment in challenging terrain - Must provide rapid emergency response and detailed reporting conforming to NASSCO standards - Flexibility to respond to service requests via phone or email - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Contract Duration: - Initial term of three years, with a possible three-year extension - Place of Performance: - Sewer segments in canyon areas of Rancho Palos Verdes, including Agua Amarga Reserve canyon area

The City of Rancho Palos Verdes is soliciting proposals for on-call emergency and non-emergency sewer maintenance and inspection services. The scope includes routine maintenance such as hydro-jetting and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) inspection for approximately 3,150 linear feet of sewer main segments located in canyon and difficult-to-access areas.
