The County of Westchester, through its Department of Parks, Recreation and Conservation, is requesting proposals from qualified planning, landscaping architecture, and environmental consulting firms or teams to prepare an update to the County's Parks and Recreation Master Plan. The updated plan will serve as a comprehensive, actionable roadmap to guide the future development, enhancement, management, and sustainability of the County's parks, open space, trails, recreation amenities, and natural resources for the next 15 to 20 years.
