Description

The procurement will be conducted under the terms, conditions, and specifications set by the City. The contract may be awarded to up to two legal entities, and submissions must be received by 2:00 p.m. CST on July 2, 2026. The procurement is subject to applicable trade agreements including the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement.
