Description

The Town of Pecos City is seeking proposals for the operation of its Cyclone Ballparks complex located at 66 County Road 118, Pecos, Texas. The complex includes eight baseball fields of various sizes, parking areas, ticket booth, multipurpose area, restrooms and concession facilities, a pro/merchandise shop, and a clubhouse suitable for events. The selected operator will be responsible for maintenance, scheduling, marketing, and financial sustainability of the facility. Proposals must be submitted by 2:00 PM (CDT) on July 13, 2026, at Pecos City Hall.
