The U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) has a need to obtain services from a qualified laboratory to include the testing of a selection of infant formula samples to quantify specific heavy metal contaminants (arsenic, cadmium, mercury, and lead) across an infant formula matrix including powder, ready-to-feed, and concentrates in accordance with Attachment A, Statement of Work (SOW).
