Description

The New Mexico Health Care Authority (HCA) is seeking to enter into a Statewide Price Agreement for Genetic Testing Services. The purpose is to provide genetic testing of parties upon court order to determine parentage and establish a support order. Additionally, genetic testing may be provided by voluntary request under agency approved circumstances. The term of the Price Agreement is one year from the date of award with an option to extend for three additional years on a year-to-year basis by mutual agreement and approval of the New Mexico State Purchasing Agent.
