The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has issued two consecutive incidental harassment authorizations (IHAs) to Tradepoint TiL Terminals, LLC (TTT) for the incidental take of marine mammals during construction activities at the Sparrows Point Container Terminal Project in Baltimore County, Maryland.
