Beaufort-Jasper Water & Sewer Authority (BJWSA) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide priority on-call, multi-award disaster recovery and emergency services for damaged water and wastewater facilities in Beaufort and Jasper Counties, South Carolina. Services may be required due to hurricanes, flooding, severe storms, infrastructure failures, or other disasters, including non-disaster emergency repairs. Contractors must be capable of rapid mobilization, emergency response, and compliance with regulatory and funding requirements such as FEMA Public Assistance. Multiple awards will be made, with contracts on an on-call, task-order basis for an initial five-year term, subject to annual reviews and satisfactory performance.
