Description

This solicitation is for the construction of ADA accessible sidewalks, ADA curb ramps, and PCC driveway approaches in areas lacking these facilities or where existing ones do not meet current ADA standards. The contractor is responsible for investigating each location to determine the necessary work to ensure compliance with ADA and other relevant codes. The scope includes grading, compacting, removal, disposal, and relocation of existing items such as street signs, traffic signs, trees, concrete, and asphalt. The project duration is 40 working days with liquidated damages of $2,000 per calendar day. Bidders must have a current State of California Class A Contractor's License or equivalent specialty licenses.
