Description
The Town of Lucama is soliciting sealed bid proposals for the provision and installation of one new modular home built to the state building code. The project is part of the Town of Lucama 2020 CDBG-NR Program and includes demolition/clearance of one house and replacement with a modular home. Bids will be received at Lucama Town Hall by June 22, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. The Town encourages participation from small, minority, women-owned, veteran-owned, Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB), and Section 3 businesses. The contract will comply with all applicable federal CDBG requirements and anti-discrimination laws.
