The Town of Morrisville is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified Design-Build teams or firms to provide professional design and construction services for the design and reconstruction of the Church Street Park Cricket Field located at 5817 Cricket Pitch Way, Morrisville, NC. The project includes improving the cricket field drainage and expanding the number of pitches from four to six. The work is to be performed during the off-season from approximately September 29, 2026, through April 2027, with completion required by mid-June 2027.
