Description

The City of Redmond is soliciting bids from licensed contractors for the installation of new landscape and site irrigation systems along two major roadways: Avondale Road (all medians between SR 520 & NE 51st St., quantity 6) and West Lake Sammamish Parkway (all medians between Union Hill Road & NE 95th St., quantity 8). The project includes site preparation, removal and replacement of existing ground cover and irrigation systems, planting of drought-tolerant materials, and one year of landscape maintenance after planting completion in September 2026.
