Description
The Metropolitan Park District of the Toledo Area (Metroparks Toledo) is seeking qualifications from firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the construction of RAISE grant-funded portions of the Glass City Riverwalk, Vistula Neighborhood Project in Toledo, Ohio. The project involves conceptual and preliminary designs with construction expected to begin in 2027 and substantial completion by October 2028. The project delivery will follow federal and state guidelines, including FHWA Form 1273 and Ohio Revised Code Section 9.33. The CMAR will work cooperatively with the design team and other consultants, providing services such as cost estimating, budgeting, value engineering, constructability review, scheduling, and planning, ultimately arriving at a guaranteed maximum price and constructing the project.
