The OMH de Montréal (OMHM) is conducting a public open procedure for partial refurbishment of the building envelope, replacement of all balconies, and landscaping work at the Louis-Hébert residences located at 6510, rue Cartier in the Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie borough. The work includes masonry repairs, replacement of concrete sills, masonry repointing, balcony door replacement, caulking, metal staircase replacement, shed reconstruction, new metal fencing, foundation wall corrections, backyard refurbishment, replacement of decking and guardrails, main entrance door replacement, canopy refurbishment, access sidewalk refurbishment, clean slabs, and landscaping.
