Description

The City of Chesapeake Parks, Recreation and Tourism is seeking proposals for the professional installation of winter holiday lighting and décor at City Hall grounds and surrounding areas, covering approximately 1,601,261 square feet. The project includes seasonal décor and permanent lighting infrastructure for year-round illumination, safety, and aesthetic enhancement. The scope includes permanent exterior lighting systems on multiple city buildings, seasonal temporary building lighting, grounds lighting and décor, and additional seasonal décor elements. The contract period is 2 years with three 1-year renewal options, and the installation must be completed annually by approximately November 12 and removed by January 5.
