Description

This solicitation is issued by the Foothill/Eastern Transportation Corridor Agency and the San Joaquin Hills Transportation Corridor Agency to procure secure, accurate, and timely bulk printing, mailing, and related fulfillment services. The services support the agencies' daily customer service and toll violation operations, including printing and mailing violation notices, invoices, statements, and correspondences as detailed in Exhibit A, Table 1. The contractor will also handle stuffing agency-provided inserts, packaging transponder mounting strips, USPS-compliant processing and induction, online document tracking, address hygiene services including NCOA, and reporting, all in compliance with USPS standards and regulations.
