Description

The Town of Palm Beach is seeking qualifications from qualified painting contractors to provide interior and exterior coating services for various Town facilities and properties on an as-needed basis. Services include painting, staining, wood refinishing, metal coatings, flooring coatings, masonry/concrete coatings, fiberglass, electrostatic painting/coatings, and pressure cleaning of surfaces prior to applying coatings. The contract duration is one year with four optional one-year extensions, for a maximum of five years. The Town intends to select multiple qualified firms and will request quotes for specific scopes of work as needed.
