Description

The County intends to establish an on-call contract with a Consultant to provide engineering services on an as-needed basis. The County reserves the right to make one or more awards to responsible Consultants whose proposals represent the best value. The assignment of work is at the sole discretion of the County, and all Consultants waive any claims for extra compensation or damages arising from work assignments. The contract period is one year starting around February 1, 2027, with an option to renew for five additional one-year increments.
