The Province of New Brunswick is seeking to lease three new 4x4 trucks with a 19,500 lbs GVWR and crew cab configuration for its Vehicle Management Agency (VMA). - Government Buyer: - Department of Transportation & Infrastructure, Vehicle Management Agency (VMA), Province of New Brunswick - OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers): - Ford of Canada - General Motors Canada - Chrysler Canada - Products/Services Requested: - Three (3) new 2026 or newer 4x4 dual rear wheel (DRW) crew cab trucks, 19,500 lbs GVWR - Must include: 8-cylinder gasoline engine, 4-speed automatic transmission (minimum), power steering, dual heavy-duty batteries, heavy-duty cooling, air conditioning, OEM AM-FM Bluetooth radio, heated/powered mirrors, power windows/locks, electronic trailer brake controller, backup alarm, rear view camera, and other standard features - Each truck to be equipped with a 9'4" x 95" aluminum dump box (Voth Job Boss or pre-approved equal), 7,900 lb payload, 12-ton telescopic hoist, manual crank tarp kit, tool rack, LED lighting, mud flaps, steel subframe, stainless/plated hardware, CMVSS certification, and safety accessories - 48-month fixed-rate operational lease with option to purchase at lease end - Warranty coverage, roadside assistance, and authorized service centers in New Brunswick required - Vendors must provide detailed lease financials, engineering designs, references, and guarantee delivery to VMA in Fredericton - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Only Ford, GM, or Chrysler vehicles (or their authorized dealers) are eligible - All vehicles must be new, unused, and 2026 model year or newer - Delivery required within 180 days of purchase order to VMA, 1050 College Hill Rd., Fredericton, NB - Compliance with Canadian Motor Vehicle Safety Regulations (CMVSS) and National Safety Mark - Option for VMA to relocate vehicles within the province during lease - Province responsible for fuel and non-warranty repairs - Lease includes fixed interest rate with possible monthly adjustment based on Royal Bank of Canada Prime Rate
