Description
The project involves the expansion of the West Commercial Apron and relocation and improvements of the SMAA Employee Parking Lot at Sarasota Bradenton International Airport. It includes expanding the terminal apron to accommodate three commercial aircraft hardstand parking positions for overnight parking and ground boarding. The adjacent employee parking lot will be expanded to provide additional vehicle parking. The scope includes asphalt and concrete paving, airfield and parking lot markings, earthwork and grading, stormwater and drainage improvements, utilities modifications, installation and relocation of lighting systems, CCTV systems, and relocation of jet blast deflectors.
