The quantities are approximate based on past usage and do not represent a commitment or guarantee of minimum or maximum amounts. Only Tier 1 or Tier 2 tires are acceptable, and tires manufactured in the Republic of China will not be accepted. All communications during the solicitation period must be directed through the Purchasing Department to ensure fairness and transparency.
