Description

The City of Aventura is soliciting qualifications from experienced and qualified firms to provide architectural, engineering, and other professional services for the development of a new high school located immediately west of Don Soffer High School at 3151 NE 213th Street, Aventura, FL 33180. The school is planned to accommodate approximately 1,000 students. The selected firm will deliver a comprehensive range of services including concept design, schematic design, cost estimation, construction documents, project coordination, and related tasks.
