Description
Imperial County is requesting quotations for lubricants for the period of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. The vendor shall provide a comprehensive pricing schedule including bulk lubricant delivery prices per gallon and/or per drum for various lubricant products, motor oil assessment fees, oil recycling/disposal fees, product delivery fees, and other applicable fees such as container deposits and environmental fees. Pricing should differentiate between costs per gallon and per drum and indicate volume discounts or service bundles. Vendors are also asked to list any re-refined products available. All communications must be through the Purchasing Department to avoid disqualification.
