Description
This solicitation is for the design, fabrication, delivery, assembly, commissioning, and training of two mobile training canopy systems, specifically CoverShot Canopy Eclipse or an equivalent, for the St. John's County Sheriff's Office Training Center. The systems are intended to provide covered firing line infrastructure to protect instructors and students from sun exposure, heat stress, UV radiation, and inclement weather, thereby improving training efficiency and reducing weather-related interruptions. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, unloading, assembly, testing, startup, and training to deliver a complete turnkey system. All work must comply with applicable federal, state, and local codes, regulations, and industry standards. Delivery and installation must be completed by or before September 1st, 2026.
