Description

The City of San Diego Public Utilities, Transportation, and Stormwater Departments seek to award a contract for furnishing all labor, plant equipment, and materials for mixing aggregate and asphalt binder at a central mixing plant. Cold Mix asphalt will be delivered by the contractor to stockpile sites as instructed by the City.
