Description

The Ministry of the Attorney General (MAG) requires a secure, cloud-based information exchange and collaboration platform along with software maintenance and related services. The platform will support Pre-Charge Consultation (PCC) between Crown prosecutors and participating police services, enabling secure submission, exchange, review, and collaboration of investigative materials prior to laying charges. It must support secure document sharing, communication, information management, controlled user access, version management, and auditability, complying with Government of Ontario IT, security, privacy, and accessibility standards including Canadian data residency.
