Description

The Department of Education is soliciting applications to establish a National Technical Assistance Center for Postsecondary Education and Training for Individuals who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. This cooperative agreement will address the postsecondary, vocational, technical, continuing, and adult education needs of individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. The program is funded through three Department programs and aims to increase admission, persistence, and completion rates for these individuals in postsecondary education and training. The project period is up to 60 months with an estimated funding of $4,000,000 and one expected award.
