The project includes installation of 1,907 linear feet of 6-inch private waterline, a bore and jack under Owls Roost Road, 4 fire hydrants, and all necessary fittings and appurtenances. The contractor must provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment required for the work and must be licensed to perform the work in North Carolina. Minority and women-owned business participation is encouraged. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope by June 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern Time and will be publicly opened immediately thereafter at 220 Seneca Road, Greensboro, NC.
