The City of Cleveland is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to serve as an administrator for its Flexible Spending Account (FSA) program, which includes Health Care Flexible Spending Accounts and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts. The contract term is one year with two one-year renewal options. Vendors must be knowledgeable in administering FSAs in accordance with Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code and provide setup, administration, client service, customer service, and management.
