MassDEP plans to contract with QSIC to facilitate the continued use of the company's proprietary Laboratory Information Management System software, WinLIMS. WinLIMS is a cloud-hosted, vendor-configured software platform supporting the operations of MassDEP's Division of Environmental Laboratory Sciences (DELS) Massachusetts State Environmental Laboratory.
