Description

The Town of Qualicum Beach is seeking proposals from authorized SCALE Computing resellers for the supply, delivery, installation, configuration, and migration of a replacement SCALE Computing hyperconverged infrastructure platform. The project includes a new three-node production cluster, one backup/disaster recovery node, full migration of existing virtual machines and backup/replication configurations, and five years of support and warranty coverage. Co-bids are allowed if the hardware supplier is an authorized SCALE reseller and the migration partner has relevant experience. Proposals must be submitted by email in PDF format by 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time on June 5, 2026.
