San Juan County Public Hospital District No. 1 is seeking proposals for the installation of Level 2 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations at the Village at the Harbor in Friday Harbor, WA. - Government Buyer: - San Juan County Public Hospital District No. 1 - Project funded by Washington Electric Vehicle Charging Program 2 (WAEVCP2), administered by Washington State Department of Commerce, Energy Division - Products/Services Requested: - Eight (8) Level 2 EV charging ports - Each port must have at least one SAE J1772, CCS1, or NACS connector - At least two ports must feature SAE J1772 connectors - Minimum 6.0 kW output per port (4.0 kW during simultaneous use) - ENERGY STAR and UL 2594 certification required - Must support OCPI 2.2.1 and OCPP 2.0.1 protocols - Must comply with Washington State Department of Agriculture rules - Load/demand management equipment and software - Emergency shut-off (e-stop) at each charging station - All electrical and site work (trenching, grading, paving, mounting, commissioning) - Signage, bollards, wheel stops, painting, striping - Dark sky-compliant lighting and vandalism prevention - ADA upgrades for accessibility - Design, engineering, permitting, and project management - Unique/Notable Requirements: - No specific OEMs are mandated; all equipment must meet technical and certification standards - Networking capability via Wi-Fi, cellular, or Ethernet - Compliance with grant documentation and reporting requirements - Place of Performance: - Village at the Harbor, Friday Harbor, WA

This solicitation is for the installation of Level 2 electric vehicle charging stations at the Village at the Harbor site in Friday Harbor. The project includes providing eight Level 2 charging ports with specific connector and power output requirements, networking capabilities, and certifications. Electrical and site work such as trenching, grading, paving, signage, lighting, ADA upgrades, and project management are also required.
