The Federal Bureau of Prisons at FCI Aliceville is seeking a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) to supply dairy products for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026. - Government Buyer: - Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Aliceville - Products/Services Requested: - 459 cases of U.S. Grade A medium shell eggs (30 dozen per case) - 207,000 half-pint plastic bottles of pasteurized whole milk - 1,200 five-pound containers of low-fat cottage cheese - 1,000 pounds of reduced-fat or nonfat sour cream - Delivery & Performance: - Weekly deliveries to the Food Services Warehouse at FCI Aliceville - Period of performance: July 1 to September 30, 2026 (4th quarter FY26) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Set aside for Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) - Extensive DOJ privacy and security requirements for contractors - Payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) - Vendor registration in SAM.gov required prior to award - Awards may be made to one or multiple suppliers based on price and past performance - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or brand names are specified; products must meet USDA and DOJ standards

Federal Bureau of Prisons - Federal Correctional Institution Aliceville, has issued a solicitation-15B31826Q00000015, for the requirements of 4th Quarter FY26- Dairy. Freight on Board (FOB) Destination delivery will begin on July 1, 2026. Deliveries shall be made to 11070 Hwy 14, Attn: Food Services Warehouse, Aliceville, Alabama 35442. The type of contract is Firm-Fixed Price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offer(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered (prices being rated higher than past performance).
