The U.S. Army's 75th Ranger Regiment at Fort Benning is seeking a contractor to deliver comprehensive planning, logistical, and management services for the Building Ranger Families Program. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, 75th Ranger Regiment - Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Benning - Services Requested: - Event management and planning, including an Event Manager with CMP or CGMP certification and at least three years of experience - Lodging and meeting space provision for Rangers and DEERS-enrolled dependents - Childcare services with qualified providers, toys, play items, and compliance with Army regulations and licensing - Trainer subcontracting for relationship training and alternative seminars (including spiritual guidance and resiliency training) - Procurement and shipping of training materials (books, software, branded supplies) - Bulk copying and printing services for training events - Audio-visual equipment (screens, audio connections, computer hookups, microphones) - Shuttle service and meal service (up to three meals a day) - Space for community partners - Unique Requirements: - Event Manager must hold CMP or CGMP certification and have at least three years of relevant experience - Services must support both CONUS and OCONUS event sites - Childcare must meet Army licensing and regulatory standards - Alternative training seminars may involve subcontracting venues or non-profit organizations - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the solicitation or attachments - All requirements are detailed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS)

Description

This is a non-personal service contract providing planning, logistical, and management services in support of the “Building Ranger Families” Program. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. This is an initiative to provide relationship training to both single and married

Rangers, as well as DEERS enrolled dependents, ensuring the preservation of the force and Ranger family. Period of Proformance:   08 September 2026-7 September 2027

The contractor must provision for attendees lodging, meeting space, and childcare to accommodate all  events, to ensure adequate space for learning and to meet the needs of the units within the 75th Ranger Regiment. This includes Hotel rooming, meeting space rooms, audio-visual (screens, audio connections, computer hookups, and microphones), and space for community partners, shuttle service and serve up to three meals a day. The contractor shall ensure there is a conducive learning environment/atmosphere at the event venue to support “Building Ranger Family” Events presentations and training and to provide those government personnel and their families attending the event with quality accommodations and identified support services.
